Terms of Use
These terms set the boundaries for using UpNext. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and remain responsible for your own creator decisions.
What UpNext is
UpNext is a creator planning, record-keeping, analytics, and creator-controlled media-kit tool. It may store private notes about opportunities you found independently, but it does not source, organize, initiate, facilitate, recommend, or broker collaborations. It is not a brand marketplace, creator discovery platform, collaboration job board, talent agency, referral service, payment processor, escrow service, legal adviser, tax adviser, or automatic publisher.
Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 and use an email address and account you are authorized to control. Keep your UpNext password and connected-platform accounts secure, review permissions before authorizing a connection, and tell us promptly if you believe your UpNext access has been compromised.
Your records and public content
You keep responsibility for and any rights you hold in content and records you enter. You grant UpNext only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, export, or delete that material as directed by you. You are responsible for having the right to publish anything placed in a public media kit.
Social platforms and analytics
Connections use official platform authorization and are limited to permissions you approve. Metrics may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or withdrawn by the platform. UpNext cannot guarantee that every metric shown in a platform’s own studio will be available through its API.
Outside opportunities and creator decisions
UpNext has no brand accounts, creator directory, matching, campaign listings, applications, referrals, or brand-to-creator messaging. It never offers, pitches, ranks, recommends, or introduces a creator to a brand. Any opportunity record in UpNext was added privately by the creator after finding it elsewhere. You are responsible for verifying brands, contracts, deliverables, disclosures, usage rights, exclusivity, taxes, and payment terms. UpNext does not verify companies, guarantee payment or campaign results, negotiate on your behalf, or monitor private communications outside the service.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another creator’s records, bypass security, scrape or overload the service, upload malware, impersonate others, abuse connected-platform permissions, or use UpNext for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity. Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Availability and responsibility
UpNext is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change when platform APIs, hosting, law, or security requirements change. To the extent allowed by law, UpNext is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, platform actions, brand conduct, or decisions made from incomplete or inaccurate third-party data. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
Ending use and updates
You may stop using UpNext and delete your account data from Settings. These terms are governed by Philippine law, without removing any mandatory rights that apply to you. Material updates will carry a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@upnextcreator.com.
