Supporting UpNext is optional. A donation helps the project, but it does not buy access, influence, or a promised outcome.
Always optional
Donations may help cover hosting, maintenance, security, and future improvements. They are never required to use essential planning, analytics, private record-keeping, export, or safety features.
No special treatment
A donation is not payment for brand verification, collaborations, priority support, platform access, business results, guaranteed uptime, or future features. Donors receive no ownership, investment interest, or control over UpNext.
External payment provider
When a support link is enabled, payment happens on an external provider governed by its own privacy, security, fee, and refund terms. UpNext does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Check the amount, currency, and provider before confirming.
Refunds and tax treatment
Unless applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise, voluntary donations may be non-refundable after processing. UpNext is not presented as a registered charitable organization, so do not assume a contribution is tax-deductible. Ask a qualified tax professional if that matters to you.

For a donation issue, contact the payment provider first when the problem concerns authorization or processing. You may also contact support@upnextcreator.com with the date, amount, and transaction reference, but never send a full card number or security code.
