Data Deletion

Disconnect a social account

Open Connected Accounts in UpNext and choose Disconnect beside the provider. UpNext removes the stored authorization and stops future syncing. Analytics already imported remain in your private workspace under the Privacy Policy retention schedule unless you delete them or delete your account data.

Delete all UpNext account data

Open Settings → Privacy & Data, choose Delete Account, and enter the on-screen confirmation phrase. UpNext attempts to revoke each connected authorization before permanently removing your active profile, content plans, analytics, private opportunity records, media kit, templates, login, and connected-account records.

Provider-initiated deletion

If Instagram sends UpNext a valid platform data-deletion request, UpNext removes the matching Instagram authorization and Instagram-imported analytics. A confirmation code in this page's URL confirms that the request was accepted.

Request help

If you cannot access UpNext, email support@upnextcreator.com from the address associated with your account and state that you are requesting data deletion. Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens, or identity documents unless a lawful verification process specifically requires them.

Retention after deletion

Deleted active records are no longer available in UpNext. Login-abuse records and application error references expire within 30 days under the Privacy Policy. Recoverable infrastructure backups, if created, are isolated from normal use and allowed to roll off within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or needed for a documented legal claim.
